I accept as rule of the hotel the prohibition of smoking/vaping throughout. According to State Law 4633/2019, smoking is prohibited in all places of public interest. In any violation of this rule, the fire alarm system is activated. The offender is charged a fee of 500 Euro for the cleaning and disinfection.
For security reasons, the balcony doors of the rooms, except those located on the 8th floor with balcony, open only partly and not totally.
In case of any damage or loss of customer's room equipment (for example to the curtains, coffee maker, TV, tablet etc.) due to customer fault, his account will be charged.
The hotel has 2 lifts to serve its customers. One lift for 10 persons and second lift for 5 persons. In case of overload there is a risk of being trapped. The lifts can only be used with the room key card. The use of minors without the supervision of an adult is prohibited.
For tax purposes it is forbidden the consumption of food and beverages, which are not purchased from the hotel throughout the public areas of the hotel.
I give my consent so as the data taken via Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) are stored in the enterprise’s archive for 48 hours so as in case of loss of my material goods inside the room or other areas of the hotel, the detection of the person who may commit a criminal act is facilitated.
I agree with the hotel's GTPR rules on the use of my personal data.

The hotel is not responsible for the valuables left in the rooms. There is a central safe in the Reception for this purpose.
