1. This hotel is located within a "Smoke Free Zone", therefore smoking is strictly prohibited.

2. A charge if RM1,000.00 will be imposed to refresh rooms of cigarette smell.
3. Durian and mangosteens are not permitted in the hotel premises for the comfort of our guests.
4. Keycards that are not returned upon departure will be charged RM10.00 EACH.
5. The hotel is not responsible for money, jewellery or other valuables belonging to guests unless deposited in safe deposit boxes provided by the Hotel for the purpose.
6. Missing towels will be charged according to the price listed in the amenities card placed in the room.
7. Missing or damaged of the Handy Phone will be incurred a charge of RM1,200.00 to guests.
